Selvi Supermarket delivers in the areas configured by the store. The delivery estimate and fee applicable to your saved address are shown before you place an order.

Pincode-based delivery zones determine serviceability. The standard fee is ₹29 and orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free delivery. Any applicable delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Categories marked as Pan-India shipping by the store are eligible for the Pan-India shipping flow when the customer enters a six-digit Indian PIN code, even outside the store's local delivery zones. Pan-India shipping is available only when every item in the cart belongs to a Pan-India category; mixed carts that contain local-delivery items continue to follow the store's local pincode or radius rules. The standard delivery fee and free-delivery threshold apply to Pan-India-only carts. The checkout validates the six-digit PIN format but does not query a courier aggregator for live pickup/delivery serviceability; carrier coverage may vary by destination PIN code.

Delivery times may vary during peak hours, extreme weather, or high-demand periods. You can track the live status of your order from the My Orders section of your account at any time.

Delivery availability depends on the saved service area, the precise address pin when radius-based service is enabled, operating capacity, and product availability. The store should keep its address, service area and estimated delivery time current in the administration settings.
